Dangerous Driving without Due Care
This is a serious offence which carries a minimum driving ban of one year and in more serious cases, the risk of imprisonment. A particularly serious case may be heard in the Crown Court. In certain circumstances, the Court may be convinced not to impose the driving ban, but instead endorse the driver’s licence with penalty points.
