In 1889 John Green qualified as a Solicitor and began practising in Wakefield. Robert Williamson joined him in 1910 and later Vernon Way, and from 1939 until 1996 the firm was known as...

Green Williamson & Way.

In 1996 the practice merged with another established Wakefield firm Burton Mason and Wilson to form Burton Green Williamson. More recently in 2004 a further merger with Moxons Solicitors enabled legal services to be offered not only in Wakefield but also in and around Pontefract and across Yorkshire. May 2009 has seen our latest expansion to a new office located in Leeds.

We now provide legal advice to both individuals and businesses, offering a friendly and

approachable service. As a merged practice we offer a comprehensive legal service and advice on any of the services listed within these pages of this site.
